American XL Bully Attack Leads to Man's Death, Court Hears

A 62-year-old man, Keven Jones, died from blood loss after an American XL bully bit his leg in his daughter-in-law's garden, according to testimony presented in court. The incident occurred as Mr Jones was visiting the address.

Emergency services were called following the attack, but Mr Jones's injuries proved fatal. The dog involved has since been euthanised.

This case follows recent public debate and government action regarding the breed. The UK government implemented a ban on new sales of American XL bully dogs earlier this year, with stricter controls on ownership now in effect, requiring all such dogs to be muzzled and on a lead in public spaces.
