Daniel Thomas Faces Multiple Charges After Dover Migrant Site Incursions

Daniel Thomas, prominent online as Danny Tommo, has appeared in Folkestone Magistrates' Court facing a litany of charges. These include two counts of entering a restricted area at the Manston migrant processing facility in Dover, Kent, in spring 2023. Further charges against Mr Thomas encompass two counts of common assault, two counts of intentionally obstructing a person exercising a power of entry or search, and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm, or distress.

The alleged incursions into the Manston site occurred on 28th April and 13th May. Mr Thomas, aged 37, denies all charges levelled against him. The court proceedings will continue as the case develops, with Mr Thomas granted unconditional bail.
