
Searchers Recover Body of 13-Year-Old Boy Missing Off East Yorkshire Coast
Emergency services have recovered a body from the sea off the East Yorkshire coast, believed to be that of a 13-year-old boy who went missing on Tuesday.
The boy was last seen swimming near Hornsea. Humberside Police confirmed the discovery, stating that the family of the missing teenager has been informed.
A significant multi-agency search operation had been underway since Tuesday evening. This involved lifeboats from Hornsea and Bridlington, coastguard teams, and helicopters. The search efforts were concentrated around the Hornsea beachfront area.
