Authorities confirmed that none of the injuries were serious.
The incident took place during Cártama's annual 'la Ruta de la Tapa y el Cóctel' festival, an event encouraging visitors to sample local food and drink offerings via a free train service. Approximately 30 passengers were aboard the train when the wagon overturned at a crossing on Santo Cristo road. The cause of the accident remains under investigation, and the train service has been suspended for the remainder of the festival.
