Three Teenagers Identified After Vehicle Submerged in River Wear
Three teenagers who died after a car plunged into the River Wear in Fatfield, Washington, have been formally identified. Jackson Duke, Luke Etheridge, and Zara Shaw were pronounced dead at the scene after emergency services recovered the vehicle from the river.
