Building Safety Regulator Chief Admits 'Everyone Failed' Grenfell Tower Residents

Andy Roe, who leads the Building Safety Regulator (BSR), has asserted that "everyone failed" the residents of Grenfell Tower, pinpointing a systemic breakdown that contributed to the 2017 fire.
