
Cardiff Man Charged After Barry Island Stabbing Leads to Teenager's Leg Amputation
A man from Cardiff is scheduled to appear in court following a stabbing incident at Barry Island that led to a 17-year-old boy undergoing a leg amputation.
The 18-year-old, from Riverside, has been charged with wounding with intent and possession of a knife or sharp pointed article in a public place. These charges stem from the incident that occurred on 25 May.
South Wales Police confirmed the victim received critical care at the University Hospital of Wales. The accused is set to appear at Cardiff Magistrates' Court on Saturday.
