Daniel Thomas Faces 2027 Trial for Unauthorised Entry at Dover Migrant Processing Site
Daniel Thomas, aged 43, will face trial in three years over charges stemming from an alleged incident at a migrant processing centre in Dover. Mr Thomas, also known as 'Danny Tommo', is accused of aggravated trespass and criminal damage after allegedly entering the site in March of the previous year.
The defendant, of The Beeches, South Ockendon, Essex, appeared before magistrates where his legal representation entered not guilty pleas on his behalf. The court has scheduled the full trial to commence on 22 February 2027.
Details surrounding the alleged breach of the processing site remain sparse, though the protracted legal timeline underscores the judicial system's approach to such cases.
