
Four Arrested After Infant Girl's Body Discovered in Brighton Woodland
Sussex Police have arrested four individuals following the discovery of an infant girl's body in a woodland area near Stanmer Park, Brighton. The arrests include two men, aged 35 and 45, and two women, aged 33 and 37.
The remains were found by a member of the public on the afternoon of Sunday, 12 May. A post-mortem examination is scheduled to determine the cause of death. Authorities have stated that the investigation is in its early stages.
Detective Chief Inspector Alex Campbell appealed for information from anyone who might have details regarding the discovery. Police presence is expected to continue in the area as forensic examinations are carried out.
