
Man Charged with Attempted Murder After Vehicle Strikes Pedestrians in Ealing
A 28-year-old man, Mohamed Salad, is scheduled to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court, charged with three counts of attempted murder. The charges follow an incident in Ealing, west London, on Saturday, 20th July, where a vehicle reportedly collided with three pedestrians.
Metropolitan Police officers were called to reports of a car hitting individuals on Broadway at approximately 23:45 BST. Three people were taken to hospital following the incident; two have since been discharged. The third individual remains in hospital, their condition assessed as not life-threatening.
Mr. Salad, of Greenford Broadway, Ealing, was arrested and subsequently remanded in custody ahead of his court appearance. Further details regarding the circumstances leading to the collision have not been released by the authorities.
