A masked gang reportedly raided the home of four-time Formula 1 world champion Alain Prost, inflicting injuries upon him during the incident. The raid occurred at Prost's residence near Nyon, close to Geneva, Switzerland. Reports from Swiss media indicate the assailants immobilised both Prost and his wife before escaping with valuable items.

Prost, a French national, achieved his Formula 1 titles in 1985, 1986, 1989, and 1993. He retired from the sport as a driver following his final championship victory.
