Mother Blows Kiss to 14-Year-Old Son Charged with Lilly Jones Murder in South Wales

A 14-year-old boy appeared in court today, charged with the murder of Lilly Jones, also 14, in south Wales. During the hearing, the boy's mother blew him a kiss from the public gallery as he was remanded into youth detention.

Police formally identified a body discovered last week as that of Ms. Jones, who had been reported missing. Her family has been informed of the development.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is scheduled to appear at Cardiff Crown Court on Thursday.
