New Mexico Accuses Jeffrey Epstein Lawyer and Accountant of Concealing Sex Trafficking
New Mexico's Attorney General, Raúl Torrez, has launched a civil lawsuit against attorney Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn, alleging their active role in concealing Jeffrey Epstein's extensive sex trafficking network. The legal action, filed in Santa Fe, claims Indyke and Kahn were instrumental in establishing a complex financial and legal structure that shielded Epstein's illicit activities and facilitated the abuse of numerous underage girls.
The lawsuit details how Indyke and Kahn allegedly managed a vast network of shell companies and trusts, which the state contends were used to move money, acquire properties, and silence victims, thereby enabling Epstein to operate with impunity for decades. Documents cite specific financial transactions and legal manoeuvres purportedly designed to obscure the origins of Epstein's wealth and protect him from legal repercussions.
Both Indyke and Kahn have consistently denied any knowledge of Epstein's criminal conduct, maintaining they were unaware of his sex crimes. Their legal representation has rejected the New Mexico lawsuit as "categorically false" and vowed to vigorously defend against the allegations. The outcome of this legal challenge could significantly alter the understanding of the infrastructure that supported Epstein's criminal empire, potentially exposing further complicity beyond the disgraced financier himself.
