Nicola Urquhart has asserted that 'everything was done' to locate her son, Corrie McKeague, who disappeared ten years ago. The RAF gunner, aged 23, was last seen on 24 September 2016 after a night out in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. His family, particularly his mother, has consistently questioned aspects of the official investigation and search operations.

Despite a comprehensive police investigation and extensive landfill searches, no trace of Mr McKeague has ever been found. The police concluded in 2018 that he likely climbed into a waste bin and was transported to a landfill, a hypothesis the family has openly challenged due to a lack of direct evidence.
