
Nigel Lubban Charged with Murder After Anthony Clemmings Found on Bristol Rooftop
Nigel Lubban, 50, of no fixed abode, has been charged with murder after Anthony Clemmings, 54, was discovered dead on a rooftop garden in Bristol.
Mr Clemmings, known as Tony, was found at a block of flats in Redcliff Street around 08:20 BST on Tuesday. Police arrested Lubban in the West Midlands on Friday.
Lubban is scheduled to appear at Bristol Magistrates' Court on Monday.
Mr Clemmings's family described him as a "much-loved son, brother and uncle" and a "lovely man to all those that truly knew him," stating he would be "greatly missed."
