Pembroke Woman Kicks McLaren 570S Supercar on Driveway, Causing £300 Damage
A woman was filmed on home security cameras repeatedly kicking a McLaren 570S supercar parked on a private driveway in Bush Hill, Pembroke.
Gareth Edwards, 33, the owner of the £75,000 vehicle, described the unprovoked vandalism as "shocking behaviour." The incident, which took place at approximately 08:45 BST on 16 June, left two scratches on the car's bonnet, with repair costs estimated at up to £300.
Dyfed-Powys Police confirmed they have "received a report of criminal damage to a motor vehicle" and are investigating the matter. Footage shows the woman, carrying a shopping bag, diverting from the pavement onto the driveway before striking the yellow sports car.
Edwards stated he discovered the damage roughly 10 minutes after it occurred. "I was just shocked," he commented, adding, "It's very strange, such a weird thing to do." The painting and decorating business owner expressed his surprise at such an act, noting he has since moved the car to a friend's property for safekeeping while he is away.
