Princess Eugenie Welcomes Baby Girl, Third Child for Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's Daughter

Princess Eugenie has announced the birth of her third child, a baby girl named Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank. The infant, weighing 7lbs 1oz, arrived on Monday. This marks the third grandchild for Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson.

The announcement detailed that both mother and child are in good health. The name Ernest reportedly honours Eugenie’s great-great-great-grandfather, King George V. The middle name Ronnie is understood to be a tribute to Sarah Ferguson's late father, Ronald Ferguson.

Princess Eugenie, who is currently 11th in line to the throne, married Jack Brooksbank in 2018. The couple’s previous children are August Philip Hawke Brooksbank, born in 2021, and Sienna Elizabeth Brooksbank, born in 2023.
