X Factor Performer Faces Legal Deadline in Soho Murder Trial

Nathaniel Dimbele, a former contestant on The X Factor known by his stage name Freddy Parker, must present additional evidence to the High Court by 17 May, or his defence in a murder trial will be struck out. Mr Dimbele, 29, is accused of the murder of Lavinia Desuza, 35, who died after being struck by a car outside the Inca nightclub in Soho in August 2022.
