A British national, whose identity has not been publicly disclosed, was located and rescued in Nepal, a full seven days after catastrophic flash floods swept through the country's northern reaches. The individual had been reported missing since the deluge on Friday, which saw floodwaters surge across the Nepal-Tibet border, causing widespread destruction.
