Daniel Sean James Accused of Murdering Kirandeep Kaur, Stabbing Man in Wolverhampton Home

Daniel Sean James, 46, appeared at Stafford Crown Court this week, accused of the murder of Kirandeep Kaur and the attempted murder of Jagpal Singh. Prosecutors allege Mr James fatally stabbed Ms Kaur while she slept beside her baby in a Wolverhampton home, before also attacking Mr Singh.

The court heard that Ms Kaur, 32, sustained stab wounds to her neck and chest in the alleged incident on 1 February. Mr Singh suffered injuries to his chest and arm. Both victims were discovered at the address on The Gardens, Finchfield, following the alleged assault.

Mr James has pleaded not guilty to the charges of murder and attempted murder. The trial continues, with evidence expected to detail the events leading to the deaths and injuries sustained by the victims.
