Falkirk Takeaway Owner Attacked, Racially Abused by Gang of Men

A takeaway owner in Falkirk was subjected to a violent assault and racial abuse by a group of men last month. Police confirmed they are treating the incident, which occurred in the early hours of 26 May, as a hate crime.

The victim was attacked by four men in the town's centre after they initially directed racist abuse towards his premises. Surveillance footage captured the perpetrators, with officers releasing images of two men they believe may have information pertinent to the investigation.

Detectives have appealed for public assistance, urging anyone who recognises the individuals in the images or has further details regarding the assault to come forward.
