Katie Price To Testify In Ex-Husband Kieran Hayler's October Child Rape Trial

Katie Price will be called as a witness when her former husband, Kieran Hayler, stands trial on charges of raping a 13-year-old girl, a court has confirmed.

Hayler, aged 39, faces three counts of rape and one count of sexually assaulting the girl at an address in West Sussex. He has entered pleas of not guilty to all charges.

At Lewes Crown Court on Thursday, the trial was set for October. Price, who was married to Hayler during the period when the alleged offences occurred, will provide evidence.

The charges detail alleged incidents taking place between June and October 2016. The victim, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, has received support from specialist officers. She is not related to the extended families of either Hayler or Price.

Hayler remains on bail pending the commencement of his trial.
