Missing Five-Year-Old Boy Found Dead in Worcestershire Lake

A five-year-old boy, previously reported missing, has been found deceased in a lake near Droitwich, Worcestershire. West Mercia Police confirmed that the child was located unresponsive following an extensive search operation in the Wychbold area.

Emergency services, including paramedics and an air ambulance, were dispatched to the scene after the child was discovered. Despite immediate efforts, he was pronounced dead. The police stated that the death is not being treated as suspicious, and a file is being prepared for the coroner.

Earlier, the police had issued an appeal to the public for assistance in locating the boy, who had gone missing from a property in the Wychbold area.
