Noah Donohoe Inquest Adjourned After Jury Fails to Reach Unanimous Verdict
The inquest concerning the death of Noah Donohoe, a 14-year-old from Belfast, has been formally adjourned. Jurors, who extended their deliberations into the early hours of Friday morning, were ultimately unable to deliver a unanimous verdict regarding the circumstances of the teenager's death.
The proceedings at Belfast Coroner's Court saw the jury deliberate until approximately 01:00. Despite the late-night sitting, a consensus could not be reached, prompting the Coroner to adjourn the inquest to a later, unspecified date. Noah Donohoe's body was discovered in a storm drain in north Belfast in June 2020, six days after he went missing.
