Sudanese Man Denies Endangering Life During Record Channel Migrant Crossing Attempt
A 19-year-old Sudanese national, Chan Mathok Atak, has appeared in court, denying a charge of endangering life during a Channel crossing. Mr. Atak is accused of piloting a dinghy carrying 42 people from France to the UK in November 2023.
