Yung Filly Denies Sexual Assault Allegation in Australia, Citing 'Good Vibes' With Accuser

British rapper Justin Williams, known as Yung Filly, has testified in an Australian court, refuting a sexual assault accusation stemming from an alleged incident with a fan. Williams told the court that his interactions with the woman, who alleges he sexually assaulted her in a Sydney hotel room, were consensual and marked by 'good vibes'.

Williams, 28, stated that following a club appearance, he and the woman, whom he had met earlier, went back to his hotel. He told the jury that they had kissed consensually at the club and that their subsequent encounter was entirely voluntary. The prosecution presented text messages from the woman to a friend, sent shortly after the alleged incident, describing herself as 'so scared' and having 'frozen'.

The defence counsel highlighted other messages from the woman, sent months later, which included an invitation for Williams to visit her in Queensland. Williams acknowledged receiving these later messages but stated he did not respond as he found them 'weird'. He maintains that at no point did the woman indicate she was unwilling to engage in sexual activity.

The trial continues with further evidence to be presented.
