Balaclava-Clad Gang Attacks Children on Bikes, Targets Police Officers on River Path

A group of individuals, consistently seen wearing balaclavas, has been responsible for a series of assaults on children riding bicycles along a river path since June. Parents have voiced significant concern over these incidents, detailing how their children have been accosted and, in some cases, attacked by the gang members.

Police officers dispatched to investigate the complaints and conduct patrols in the vicinity have themselves become targets of the group.
