Darlington Man Andrew Bell Charged with Murder of Woman

A 44-year-old man from Darlington, Andrew Bell, has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a woman in the town.

Durham Constabulary confirmed that Mr Bell is due to appear before Newton Aycliffe magistrates on Monday, 22nd July, facing the murder charge.

Emergency services were called to a property on Fife Walk in Darlington on Friday evening following reports of a serious incident. The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.
