Man Charged with Primrose Hill Murder

Oliuwadamilola Ogunyankinnu, 27, of Southbury Road, Enfield, was arrested on Friday and subsequently charged with murder on Sunday. He is scheduled to appear at Stratford Magistrates' Court on Monday.

The Incident

Finbar Sullivan, 21, a film student at the London Screen Academy, was discovered with fatal knife wounds near the popular viewing point in Primrose Hill on Tuesday. A second man, aged in his 20s, was also found with stab injuries on Regent's Park Road, though his injuries were not life-threatening. The Metropolitan Police have confirmed that their investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Family's Grief

Chris Sullivan, Finbar's father, expressed profound sorrow, describing the loss of his only son. He stated, "All of his friends said he was the light, the leader. His friends' parents loved him. This is why it's so tragic."

A 25-year-old man previously arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released without further action.
