Peter Phillips Marries NHS Nurse Harriet Sperling in Gloucestershire Ceremony
Peter Phillips, the 48-year-old nephew of King Charles and son of Princess Anne, has married Harriet Sperling, 45, at All Saints Church in Kemble, Gloucestershire.
The private ceremony, held on Saturday, saw attendance from King Charles, Queen Camilla, and the Prince and Princess of Wales, two years after the couple were first reported to be dating in 2024. Their engagement was officially announced in August 2025.
Ms Sperling, a paediatric nurse specialist for the NHS and a freelance writer from Gloucestershire, was escorted into the church by her brother Nicholas Sanders. She wore a gown by Emilia Wickstead, Pragnell earrings, and the Pragnell family tiara.
Ms Sperling has previously written about her experiences as a single mother, describing a decade with her daughter as an 'island'. Mr Phillips also has two daughters, Savannah, 15, and Isla, 14, from his previous marriage to Autumn Phillips, which ended in divorce in 2021.
Other notable attendees included Zara and Mike Tindall, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, and Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice.
The King and Queen, having attended the ceremony, reportedly travelled by helicopter to the Epsom Derby in Surrey, where they presented the winner's trophy.
