Father Pays Tribute to Primrose Hill Stab Victim Finbar Sullivan
Filmmaking Student's Tragic Death
Finbar Sullivan, a promising 21-year-old filmmaking student, was tragically stabbed to death in Primrose Hill, north London, on Tuesday evening. His father, Christopher Sullivan, has expressed profound grief, telling the Daily Mail that his only son 'can never be replaced', describing the loss as the 'worst tragedy I could ever imagine'.
The incident occurred shortly after 18:30 BST near the popular viewing point. Despite efforts, Mr Sullivan died at the scene. A second man, also in his twenties, sustained non-life-threatening stab wounds and was taken to hospital.
Aspiration and Tributes
Mr Sullivan, a student at the London Screen Academy, harboured ambitions of becoming a cameraman, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Michael Seresin, known for his work on films such as 'Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban'. His father fondly remembered him as a 'beautiful, lovely, outgoing, loving boy' who was 'not a gang member' but rather a 'groovy 21-year-old who loved movies and making films'. He also produced music videos under the moniker Sully Shot It.
The Metropolitan Police continue their investigation and have appealed for anyone with information, photographs, or videos from the scene to assist their enquiries. As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the fatal stabbing.
