Man Arrested with Offensive Weapon Near Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's Norfolk Home
Norfolk Police have confirmed the arrest of a man on suspicion of a public order offence and possession of an offensive weapon in Wolferton, a village adjacent to the Sandringham Estate. Officers responded to a report of a man behaving in an intimidating manner at approximately 19:30 on Wednesday.
Reports indicate that a man, reportedly wearing a balaclava, ran towards Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor while he was exercising his dogs. Mountbatten-Windsor and a member of his private security detail reportedly entered their vehicle and departed the scene as the suspect allegedly pursued them.
The suspect was transported to King's Lynn for questioning and remains in custody, according to Norfolk Police. The incident occurred near Marsh Farm, a property on the Sandringham Estate, to which Mountbatten-Windsor relocated following his departure from Royal Lodge in Windsor, a move understood to be connected to his association with the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
