Fifteen-Year-Old Arrested Following Fatal Stabbing at Brent Council Headquarters

A 15-year-old boy has been apprehended by police on suspicion of murder after a fatal stabbing occurred within the Brent Council headquarters in Wembley.

Emergency services were dispatched to the council offices on Engineers Way, Wembley, shortly after 18:30 GMT on Thursday, 8 February. Upon arrival, officers and paramedics discovered a 17-year-old male with stab wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Metropolitan Police subsequently launched a murder investigation. On Friday, 9 February, a 15-year-old was taken into custody in connection with the incident. Forensic analysis and a post-mortem examination are expected to confirm the victim's identity and precise cause of death.
