Pawel Kulpa Charged with Murder, Eight Attempted Murders in Dudley House Fire

Pawel Kulpa, 38, has been formally charged with one count of murder, eight counts of attempted murder, and one count of arson. The charges stem from a house fire on Trafalgar Road, Dudley, which tragically resulted in one fatality.

Emergency services responded to the blaze on Saturday morning, 13 April. The victim of the fire has not yet been publicly identified by authorities.

Mr. Kulpa was apprehended at an address in the Brierley Hill area of Dudley on Tuesday. He is scheduled to appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on Thursday to face the accusations.
